The Family History Society of Rockingham & Districts is an organisation with the aim of encouraging and stimulating research into genealogy and family history.
Our Library is located at: Suite 8, Ground Floor, Lotteries House, 6 Civic Boulevard, Rockingham, Western Australia.Visitors are welcome to join us at our General Meetings held on the first Saturday of the month.   For more information on our library resources and opening hours,  click on the ‘Library’ tab above.

Our next meeting is on Saturday,  5th January, 2019 at 2pm when our speaker Miriam Crandell, will talk on   Emilliah: The Suffragist Settlement Scheme For WA That Never Was.

Sandra Payle  is writing a book Boy Soldiers from WA (published sometime in the next 18 months).  She is after information and photograph of Cecil Herbert McKeown the illegitimate son of Hope Scivener.  Hope Scivener had a sister Eva who married a Henry Albert Day.
